Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book a trial session to see if ProBallers is right for my child?

Yes. We offer a free trial session so you and your child can experience ProBallers before joining. It’s a relaxed way to see how they enjoy the activities, coaching and group environment.

What is the youngest age my child can attend?

Our sessions are designed for children from around two years old. If your child is confidently walking and running independently, we’d be happy to welcome them for a trial—even if they are a little younger.

Does my child need previous football experience?

Not at all. ProBallers is all about having fun, building confidence and developing movement skills. Every child can join in, whatever their experience or ability.

What happens when my child turns five?

When your child is ready to move into a team-sport setting, we’ll support you in finding a suitable local club through our coaches’ partnerships with local teams.

What should my child wear for their first session?

Comfortable activewear and trainers are perfect. Once your child joins ProBallers, they’ll receive their own kit to wear at sessions.

What should I bring to a session?

Please bring a drink for your child and anything they may need to feel comfortable. We provide the footballs, activities and plenty of encouragement.

Do I need to stay with my child during the session?

Yes, parents are required to stay. For our youngest group, parents will find that their children need them to support them in understanding the task, which may include modelling. As the children get older and become accustomed to the routines, we encourage parents to take a step back to promote independence.

How do I book a place?

You can book a free trial through our website. After the trial, we’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your child.
